Michael Probst verstiftet als Dechant des Klosters Schamhaupten das Erbrecht auf den klostereigenen, von Peter Keyll erbauten Hof in Demling für eine jährlich an St. Michael zu zahlende Gattergilt von 5 Schaff Getreide (je zur Hälfte Korn und Hafer), 1 Pfund Pfennig Münchener Wiesgeld, 100 Eier, 8 Käse, 8 Hennen, 6 Gänse und für zwei Weisat (Geschenke) an Ostern und Weihnachten sowie für 12 Pfennig, die im Kloster abzugeben sind, an Michel und Ellspeth Keyll.
