[s]ciant presentes et futuri quod ego Adam junior filius Willelmi Hawys de Bungeye concessi remisi et omnino quietum clamavi Deo et Beate Marie et monachis de Sybetun[] pro salute anime mee et uxoris mee et omnium antecessorum meorum[] et successorum in liberam et perpetuam elemosinam tresdecim denariatos redditus et totum servitium que mihi facere solebant pro mesuagio et terra que eis dedi in villa de Wenhauestun[] ita scilicet quod dicti monachi habeant et teneant predictum mesuagium et predictam terram bene et in pace respondendo inde annuatim capitalibus dominis de servitio ad dictum tenementum pertinente Et ut hec concessio remissio et quieta clamantia pro me et heredibus meis robur perpetuum optineant presenti scripto sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus domino Roberto Malet Jacobo de Gyney Rogero de Wymples Willelmo de Money Benedicto de Dufford et aliis
