Hec est finalis concordia que facta fuerat in curia domini regis apud Westmonasterium ad scaccarium in festo sancti Dionisii proximo post concordiam factam inter regem Angl[] et regem Scott[] coram Ricardo Winton[] et Gaufrido Eliensi episcopis et Ricardo de Luci et Reginaldo de Warenna iustic[] regis qui tunc ibi aderant inter Rogerum Caperun camerarium et Henricum camerarium de aduocatione ecclesie de Berton[] unde placitabant in curia regis scilicet quod idem Henricus clamauit quietum predicto Rogero camerario et heredibus suis totum ius aduocacionis quod dicebat se habere in prenominata ecclesia
