Omnibus sancte etc Hugo de Bello Campo filius Oliueri de Bello Campo salutem Noueritis me dedisse et concessisse et hac mea carta confirmasse deo et monasterio sancte Marie de Bisshemade et canonicis ibidem deo seruientibus et in perpetuum seruituris in puram et perpetuam elemosinam pro salute anime mee et omnium antecessorum meorum illud mesuagium cum crofto et omnibus pertinenciis suis quod Gunnilda Cuttemer[] tenuit in uilla de Eton[] secus mesuagium quod fuit Philippi Stuttil predicte domui et canonicis habend et tenend et in pace in perpetuum possidendum libere et quiete et pacifice ab omni seculari seruicio et exactione Et ego et heredes mei warantizabimus predictum mesuagium cum omnibus pertinenciis suis predicto monasterio de Bisshemad[] et canonicis prenominatis contra omnes gentes Hiis testibus
