Grant in free alms by the Abbot and Convent of St Edward's of Letteleye (Netley) to Nicholas bishop of Winchester of 58s. annual rent in Southampton, which Agnes Peverel widow of Richard de Wokeseye gave them in free alms, viz.: (1) 30s. once of Philip de Hampton in Estrete; (2) 20s. in the same street which Agnes had from Dionisia de Hampton widow of William de Herith; (3) 8s. from a house in St Lawrence Parish. 1274-1276.
