Agreement whereby Robert de Lodelowe and Margery his wife have leased and granted for a term to Richard le Northrene certain land with the houses sited there and with a curtilage and all appurtenances in Gosford St. (in vico de Gosford) between the land Thomas de Fakinharn held on the one hand and the land John de Pontefracte held on the other; to be held to him, his heirs or assigns, of the lessors, their heirs and assigns, for a term of 30 years from the feast of the blessed Mary in March 8 Edward I, by rendering annually 16d. of silver at the four terms of the year usual in Coventry. Warranty and sealing clauses. Witnesses: Robert de Chiltun', Robert de Stoke, Peter de Chiltun, Henry de Lilleburn', Anketell de Coleshul' and others.
