Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Ada de Throkemertun[] ratam et gratam habeo pro me et heredibus meis in perpetuum venditionem et donationem quam Ricardus Marmium filius Osberti Marmiun fecit priori et conuentui Wigorn[] de terra cum pertinentiis quam idem Ricardus tenuit de me in Witinton[] que uocatur Stocking habend et tenend in perpetuum libere quiete et in pace absque omni reclamatione vexatione calangio mei uel heredum meorum uel alicuius nomine meo Reddendo inde annuatim mihi et heredibus meis unum denarium ad Annuntiationem beate Marie pro omni seruicio consuetudine exactione et demanda saluo seruicio domini regis quantum pertinet ad dimidiam virgatam terre Et ut hec mea confirmatio rata et stabilis in perpetuum permaneat eam presenti scripto et sigilli mei impressione roboraui Hiis testibus Johanne persona de Bradewas etc
