Notification by Richard Dubbedent that in the prior's court he handed over to the monks the land which he held of them for 13d. a year, which land Richard the Jew held of him for l9d. a year, so that Richard the Jew shall hold it of the monks for l9d. a year. For this surrender and quitclaim the monks have given him 5s. 7d. 20 May 1229.
