Universis sancte matris ecclesie filiis ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit Willelmus de Redveriis comes Devon[] salutem Noverit universitas vestra me pro Deo concessisse et presenti carta mea confirmasse Christi ecclesie de Twynham et canonicis ibidem Deo servientibus atque servituris donationem quam Hawysia de Redveriis soror mea eidem Christi ecclesie et canonicis prenominatis in puram et perpetuam elemosinam fecit de terra de Fleota cum omnibus pertinentiis suis sicut carta ipsius Hawysie quam inde habent testatur tenend de me et heredibus meis libere et quiete in omnibus sicut Hadewisa terram illam umquam melius et liberius tenuit salvo servicio meo et heredum meorum scilicet feudo dimidii militis pro omni terreno servicio Hanc autem concessionem feci pro salute anime mee et anime Hawysie sororis mee et omnium antecessorum et amicorum meorum et ut hec concessio rata et inconcussa permaneat eam presentis carte attestatione et sigilli mei impressione corroboravi Hiis testibus Waltero de Insula Willelmo de Morevil[] et aliis
