Haec est finalis concordia facta in Curia d[omi]ni Regis apud Lancast[] in Crastino s[ancti] Hillarii Anno r[egni] Regis Henrici filii Regis Johannis xi coram Martino de Pateshille etc et aliis d[omi]ni Regis fidelibus tunc ibi praesentibus Inter r[obertum] Abbatem de f[urnes] petentem et Alexandrum de Kirkeby deforciantem de advocatione ecclesiae de Kirkeby Irelith Unde recognitio magnae assisae summonita fuit inter eos in eadem Curia scil[icet] quod praed[ictus] Alexander recognovit advocationem praed[] ecclesiae esse jus ipsius Abbatis et Ecclesiae suae de f[urnes] et illam remisit et quietam clamavit de se et haer[edibus] suis ipsi Abbati et succ[essoribus] suis imperpetuum Et idem Abbas recipit ipsum Alexandrum in singulis benefactis quae fient de caetero in praed[icta] Ecclesia de f[urnes] inperpetuum
