Vniuersis Christi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum peruenerit R abbas et conuentus montis sancti Michaelis salutem in domino Nouerit vniuersitas uestra quod nos tradimus vnam placeam cum orto suo quod Willelmus de Walchin quondam prior Cornub[] tradidit Rogero clerico Geruasio filio Basilie tenend sibi et heredibus suis de nobis in nostra villa de Marghasyon feodaliter saluo iure aliorum reddendo nobis inde annuatim quinque denarios ad festum sancti Michaelis et ad festum sancti Johannis Tenebit autem predictus G et heredes sui predictum tenementum sicuti alij burgenses predicte ville Teste capitulo Quod vt ratum et inconcussum permaneat sigilli nostri munimine presens signum consignauimus Hoc factum est anno domini mccxv
