Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Matheus le moyne de Launcyng[] dimisi concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi Nicholae filie mee pro servicio suo omnes terras et omnia tenementa que habui in Launcyng[] die confeccionis presentis exceptis illis que tenentur de priore hospitalis sancti Iohannis Ierusalem secundum consuetudinem manerii habend et tenend de me et heredibus meis dicte Nicholae ad totum terminum vite sue libere quiete bene et in pace faciendo inde annuatim pro me et heredibus meis dominis capitalibus feodorum servicia inde de iure debita et consueta Et ego vero predictus Matheus et heredes mei omnia predicta terras et tenementa cum omnibus suis pertinentiis predicte Nicholae ad totum terminum vite sue ut supradictum est contra omnes gentes warantizabimus et per totum terminum predictum defendemus In cuius rei testimonium huic presenti carte indentate sigilla nostra alternatim apposuimus Hiis testibus Willelmo Lucas Thoma le moyne Thoma Poynaynt Radulpho le Vesque Iohanne atte Hamme Thoma de la Compe et aliis Datum apud Launcyng[] dominica proxima post festum sancti Hillarii anno regni regis Edwardi filii regis Edwardi decimo nono
