Notum sit omnibus quod ego Margeria que fuit [sic] uxor Elye le Cuulter in ligia uiduitate mea concessi dimisi et presenti scripto quietum clamaui magistro Hugoni de Werkebi totum ius et clamium quod habui uel habere potui nomine dotis in omnibus tenementis cum pertinenciis in Oxonia que fuerunt predicti Elye et que tenementa predictus Hugo habuit de dono et feofamento Thome de Sowy habend et tenend predicto Hugoni et heredibus suis uel suis assignatis in perpetuum ita quod nec ego [etc] in cuius [etc sealing] hiis testibus Iohanne de Dokelingtone tunc maiore Oxonie Willelmo de Burencestria et Iohanne de Hamptone tunc balliuis eiusdem Ricardo le Espicer Andrea de Pirie Philippo de Wormenhale Radulfo le Mercer et aliis
