[Jan., 1263-4] When Sallay abbey received Tadcaster church to its own uses, the monks claimed as belonging to the church the lesser tithes of Haggandby and Catherton. The prior and convent of Healaugh Park resisting the claim, the abbot of Selby was appointed arbitrator by apostolic authority.
