AbstractFinal concord made before Peter de Percy justice and Robert bishop of Carlisle between the prior and convent of Lanercost and Alexander de Vaux, whereby the latter grants common in the pasture of Triermain, except at Warthdrenggell and in the present park, from 1 November until the new sowing, except on land with winter seeds. The Prior and convent grant 40 acres to be enclosed at Thowodemyre. If the priory's stock or the stock of its men between King and Irthing stray there or into the park through defect of the enclosure, they may be retrieved without hindrance. Abstract245 Exchange in the form of a chirograph between the canons of Dale and Hugo son of Robert of Muskham and Idonea his wife. The canons demise to Hugo and Idonea for the term of their lives, to increase their meadowland of Westmedue, an enclosed part of the aldergrove called le Berneker, which Hugo and Idonea had by way of exchange from Henry and Matthew sons of Amicia of Stanton and which is of the fee of the canons, at an annual render to the canons of a pair of white gloves. Hugo and Idonea have granted the canons the reversion of the whole meadow of West-medue after their death, as well as five selions and the whole park.
