Mirabel, daughter of Oger the dapifer, will hold the land for life, without payment. After her d.(sic), or her entry into religion, or her vacating the land for any other reason, Peter and his wife will render 4s. annually in alms, payable to the monks' chamber, for that part of the land which they hold. The other 4s. rent will be rendered by John Tresgod and his wife Amy and their heirs, as their cirograph bears witness.
