Abstract: 22 Inspeximus and confirmation by Roger de Weseham, bishop of Coventry and Lichfield, of the composition between Master Richard of Gloucester, treasurer of Lichfield and rector of Croxall (Staffs.), and the Priory over certain tithes in Catton (Db.). The case had been remitted to the chancellor of Oxford by Pope Innocent IV. Repton Priory, patrons of Croxall, approved the composition, whereby Tutbury Priory resigned their rights to the tithes in exchange for an annual pension of 18 shillings.
