Abstract: Agreement between Henry de Perry and the Priory: Henry has conveyed to them his little assart, and they will hold it for twelve years from the Michaelmas after Earl Richard's setting out for the Holy Land. If Henry shall wish to sell it before the end of the term, he shall sell it to the Priory. For the agreement they have given him two silver marks and a quarter of corn. He undertakes to submit to the jurisdiction of the archdeacon in respect of breaches of covenant.
