      Heinricus dei gracia Romanorum rex et semper augustus. Dilectis suis potestatibus, rectoribus, consulibus, communitatibus civitatum, nec non oinnibus aliis de societate et liga fidelium imperii Lombardorum, gratiam suam et omne bonum. Cum nostra serenitas di- lectos fideles nostros Ansehnum de Iustingen imperialis aule marescalchum et familiarem nostruni magistrum Valterium de Tanuberc eiusdem aule capellanum et archidiaconum Herbipolensis ecclesie nuntios super nostris imperii agendis ad partes vestras duximus transmittendos, volentes habere rata omnia que iidem duxerint facienda, si quos ex parte vestra cupientes accedere ad presentiam nostram susceperunt in nostram et imperii pro- tectionem, eosdem auctoritate presencium suscepimus sub specialem regiam protectionem pariter et conductum, promittentes fideliter eisdem conductum securum in exitu et regressu.
