      Presencia istorum testium, scilicet Ansehni causidici, Octaviani vicedoraini, Lan- franchini de Piso, Ioannis de Rotolana et Conradi, Ioannes dei gracia Paduanus episcopus pactus est cum Bertaldo domini Federici regis nostri misso, quod episcopus debe't ei Ber- taldo dare marcas argenti lxxxv., et ipse Bertaldus debet facere, ut dominus noster rex diraittat episcopo Ioanni fodrum in hostem, id est expeditionem, m qua cum rege ire de- bebat, et debet rex mittere investituram loanni episcopo de regalibus, que episcopatus habet et tenet, e.t precipere vassalis, ut faciant episcopo adiutorium de hoste.
