Testes: Rodulfus Rubeus, Zachaens, Warnridus, Ambrosius, Zan- beta, Enrieus, Boca Tablada, Bertoldus de Wanga. Dominus episcopus precepit Petro de Malusco, ut laudet, quod iuris esse debet de suis officialibus, quos peciit, ut irent secum Romam in obsidione, nec secum concordare voluerunt. Laudavit, quod dominus debet se intromittere de feodo et tenere ad eius voluntatem. Quod laudum comes Tirolis, 0. de Beseno, P. de Porta, P. Vicomarius, Riprandus Otorichi, 0. de Pao, Grimoldus, Brianus, Sikerius, 0.
