Nos Albertus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Ad universorum notitiam volumus pervenire, quod nos strenuo viro Burghardo de Elrebach militi, dilecto nostro fideli, propter grata sua obsequia, que nobis fructuose impendit, ducentas marchas argenti largimur, obligantes sibi curiam nostram et imperii dictam Colberg cum omnibus suis per- tinentiis et utilitate pro eisdem ducentis marchis argenti tenenda, tamdiu quousque eadem curia ab eo vel suis heredibus pro dicta pecunia per nos aut successores nostros in imperio fuerit liberata, dantes sibi has nostras literas in testimonium super eo.
