    Honorius episcopus etc. Venerabili fratri.. Epi- scopo Firmano, salutem etc. Cum ecclesie Firmane iura sic servare velimus, ut iura curie nullatenus mi-

    nuantur, ac super hiis inter te et dilectum filium no- strum P. Subdiaconum et Notarium nfum, aposto- hce sedis legatum contentionis materiam amputarc, terminum, quem in festo b. Michaehs super hiis tibi et ipsi concessimus, ad festum beati Martini proximo futurum duximus prorogandum, quo volumus, ut ad prosequendum ius tuum nostro te conspectui repre- sentes. Nos enim Venerabili fratri nostro ... Ca- merinensi Episcopo damus nostris litteris in man- datis, ut si contra compositionem initam inter bone memorie P. predecessorem tuum et Nobilem vi- rum A. Estensem, tunc Anconitanum, Marchionem super iuribus curie ac ecclesie tue, ipso mediante legato tunc sedis apostolice nuntio existente, in- venerit, a tempore, quo httere, quibus utramque partem primo citavimus, recitate fuerunt etc. ut supra usque in finem.
