      Auctore, quod vidimus et audivimus hoc loquimur et testamur. Noverit igitur universitas vestra quod Walterus de Uutkerca, cognominatus Capella et Yolowif, uxor ipsius, omnes facultates suas, quas nunc possident et in futuro Deo volente eis accrescent, coram nobis pro testimonio ferendo vocatis, Sancte Marie de Thosan libere et benigne dederunt et in manus lnonachorum resignaverunt, nullam omnino facientes exceptionem, immo concedentcs et firmiter promittentes quod ad consilium et dispositionem abbatis prefate ecclesie judicabunt. Ecclesia vero in vita necessariis eis quoad vixcrint providere, coram nobis se obligavit. Ne vero donatio premissa alicujus processu temporis in dubium veniat, testimonium nostrum presenti pagine raandare et sigillis nostris fecimus communiri.
