      Nos Guido, comes Flandrie et marchio Namurcensis, universis presentes litteras inspec- turis salutem in Domino. Noveritis quod nos id, quod per dilectum et fidelem nostrum dominum Johauncm de Ghistella, militcm, dominum de Formesele et de Wastina, actum est supcr ducentis et quadraginta quatuor virgis terre, vel circiter, jacentis prope speyam ab occidentali partc Spcye ecclesie de Thosan, quam Balduinus, dictus Hamer, a dicto domino li;ictenus tenebat in feodum et quam idem dominus ab omni jugo et feodali servitute, quantum :u! ipsum spcctavit, totaliter jam absolvit, ratum ct gratum habemus et terram eandem, intuitu Dei et ob remedium anime nostre, prelibate ecclesie de Thosan concedimus et ex certa sententia confirmamus libere et absolute in perpetuum possidcndam. In cujus rei tes- timonium et munimen presenti scripto sigillum nostrum duximus apponendum. Datum auno Domini millesimo ducentesimo octogesimo secundo, mensc Dccembri.
