Universis Christi fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris presentes litteras inspecturis, J. rector ecclesie de Bochout, decanus christianitatis quatuor officiornm, salutem et cognos- cere veritatem. Noverit universitas vestra quod Willelinus dictus Scelpe, sanus et incolumis, compos sue mentis, in presentia nostra constitutus contulit et assignavit donatione inter vivos ecclesie beate Marie de Dunis, cisterciensis ordinis, sex mensuras terre preter LXXV virgas, ac universa bona sua sita in polre de Lepa; pacifice et quiete in perpetuum possidenda. Ita tamen quod omnes fructus, qui de dictis bonis percipiuntur, vel percipi poterunt in futurum, ad portam de Dunis per manus portarii pauperibus distribuentur. Interfuerunt predicte collationi dominus Dyonisius, cellerarius de Zande, fraicr Balduinus, ejusdem loci magister et frater Hugo magister de Lepe. In cujus rei testimonium et muni- men perpetuum sigillum nostrum presentibus est appensum. Datum anno Domini M° CC° L octavo , mense Novembri.
