      Urbanus episcopus servus servorum Dei, dilectis filiis abbati et conventui monasterii de Dunis, cisterciensis ordinis, morinensis dyocesis, salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Licet sicut lectura nobis vestra petitio continebat, monasterium vestrum apostolicis privilegiis sit munitum, illis tamen propter negligentiam uti hactenus omisistis in ejus prejudicium et gravamen. Quare super hoc petistis eidem monasterio apostolice sedis providentia subveniri. Nos igitur idempnitati ejusdem monasterii volentes in posterum precavere, presentium vobis auctoritate concedimus ut eisdem privilegiis dummodo non sit eis per prescriptionem vel alias legitime derogatum negligentia, seu omissione hujusmodi non obstanle, uti de cetero libere valeatis. Nulli ergo omnino hominum etc.
