      Universis presentes litteras inspecturis E. abbas et conventus Sancti Michaelis in Antwer- pia, J. prepositus et capitulum Sancte. Marie ejusdem loci, eternam in Domino salutem. Noveritis quod Balduinus de Borgwlitte, in presentia nostra constitutus de prudentium con- silio pie devotionis affectu, ac pro suorum remissione peccaminum venerabiles viros abbatem et conventum de Dunis quitos clamavit in perpetuum et a se penitus absolutos, tam super decimis que proveniunt dictis fratribus de nutrimentis animalium in Elfdik, quam super omnibus aliis causis et querelis, que dicto B. contra prefatos fratres usque in presentem diem competebant. In cujus rei testimonium sigilla nostra presentibus litteris sunt appensa. Datum Antwerpie, in vigilia Nativitatis beati Johannis Baptiste, anno Domini M°CC°quadragesimo.
