      Notuni sit omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod ecclesia Guatiniensis dedit in cam- bium quinque mensuras terre, quam habuit in Sintinis, que fuerat Symonis Oiu, ecclesie de Dunis pro septem mensuris terre jacentis in Hersingehem, que Galterus, miles de Drincham, pro remedio anime sue ad usus fratrum de Duuis dinoscitur coutulisse. Ut aulem terra de Siutinis, que fuit ecclesie de Guatiniense, deinceps cedere debeat in usus ecclesie de Dunis, et terra de Hersingehem, que fuit ecclesic de Dunis, versa vicc dcbcat ad usus ccclcsie Guati- niensis permanere: qui scripta utriusque ecclesie pcrspexerint, cambium istud utriusque ecclesie sigillo confirmatum pcrpetua stabilitate cognoscant. Tali durataxat conditionc quod atera ecclcsia altcrius ecclesie similiter hoc cambio indcmpnitati debcat salubriter providcre.
