      Ego Willelmus de Beverna, miles, filius Domini Theoderici senioris de Beverna et Castel- lani de Dixmuda, notum facio universis presentem paginam inspecturis quod olim transactis triginta annis et amplius, pro salute mea et remedio animarum patris mei et matris mee omniumque amicorum meorum, concessi libere fratribus beate Marie de Dunis etc. (Le m&me contenu que le num&ro 299.) Ut igitur hec mea donatio et concessio rata firmaque permaneat et ut inviolabiliter ab heredibus meis observetur, predictam libertatem et donationera ecclesie beate Marie de Dunis sollempniter renovare decrevi et presentis scripti attestatione commu- nire. Utque prefata ecclesia de Dunis in pacifica possessione hujus libertatis fuit triginta quinque annis et amplius, ne ab aliquo in posterum super ea indebite molestetur pre- sentem cartam sepedicte ecclesie de Dunis tradidi, sigilli mei munimine roboratam.
