El monasterio de Santa María de Montederramo intercambia, por una parte con Velasco Menéndez, la heredad de Concieiro, a cambio de Gabín y la mitad de Covas; por otra, con Velasco García, la villa de Fontecuberta y el casal de "Outeiro de Xinzo", a cambio de la otra mitad de Covas.
