La reina Teresa de Portugal, junto con el conde Fernando Pérez y con su hijo Alfonso Enríquez, donan al monasterio de Santa María de Montederramo, el lugar de "Rovoyra Sacrata", cuyos términos se delimitan, en el territorio de Caldelas, y concede sobre el mismo privilegio de exención jurisdiccional.
