Gil Velázquez, deán de la catedral de Ourense y vicario general de su obispo, dicta sentencia en el pleito entre Ruy González, clérigo rector de la iglesia de San Cibrao da Peña y los tenedores de la encomienda de San Lorenzo de "Vii" por el agua que discurría entre las heredades de dicha encomienda y la iglesia de San Cibrao, ordenando que éstos no impidiesen su llegada a la misma.
