He inri cus Ratisponensis Eccleslae Ерш testificando notificat, Capellam in loco Alling constitutam cum sua possessione ad hospi- tale pauperum, quod est in Prühl, pertinere.

„Ipsam enim quidam Nobiles viri propriis sumptibue construxe- runt, propriis redditibus dotarunt, quorum beredes pro redemptione anime sue, ut sit subsidiiim alimonie pauperum, ad prefatum hospitale earn delegando tradiderunt. Itaque Presbytère, in cuius Parochia sita est, presente et pro eadem coram me causante, hospitali adiudica- ta est senteniia ordine iudiciario data, cui ego Heinricus Ratispo nensis Epus subscribo, et per Patrem, et Filium, et Spiritum sanctum sub anatbemale interdice, ut nemo presentium vel futurorum au deat vel présumât illam sibi usurpando in suum ius vendicare, pre- ter Magistrum et Provisorem pauperum ab abbate et fratribus con stitutum.
