      Ego Odo, dux Burgundie , notum facio presentibus et futuris quod controversia erat inter mo monachos Fonteneti et dominum Hugonem filium Oberti de Tylio super terris quas idem monachi habebant in villa Fraxini et territorio ipsius. De qua cum in nos et inquisitionem nostrum utriusque partis assensu compromissum fuisset, elegimus hinc et inde sex qui ipsas terras bene dividere scirent .
