      Ego Robertus archipresbiter Tullionis , presentibus et futuris notum facio quod Garnerius de Blaseio et Agnes uxor ejus proficiscentes ad Sanctum Jacobum dederunt in elemosinam ecclesie Fonteneti xix denarios et obolum in perpetuum in finagio de Muneix . Verum si contigerit eam in isto viagio mori, ipsa donavit et concessit eidem ecclesie sua prata de Muneis et pasturas suas. Si vero predicta Agnes redierit de predicto viagio pasturas redimet cum ipsa voluerit de c solidos divionensium et prata sua habebit in reditu quita. Testes sunt Oliverius de Grinione et Robertus li Sas et Bartholomeus de Blaseio milites. Actum est hoc apud Grinionem, anno incarnationis Ihesus Christi m° cc° i°.
