Notum sit omnibus Christi fidelibus, quod uir quidam uocabulo Imizind quaudam feminam suam propriam ancillam nomine Chainzam cum filiis et filiabus eorumque successoribus sub Adalramo aduocato ad altare sancti Candidi perhenniter existendum tradidit ea lege, ut singulis annis ad predictum altare nummos v darent, et si illi denarii pro aliqua necessitate minime traditi fuerint, licitum eis esse uidetur anno hoc tertio emendandum. Isti sunt testes per aures tracti, de liberis Adalramus filius aduocati, Hisker, Chuono, de familia Willipreht, Waltman, Hiltimar, Regil, Dieterich, Ebarmund, Meginprecht.
