    Exemplum autentici priuilegii. In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Notum sit omnibus Christi fidelibus, qualiter Ellenhardus sancte Frisingensis ecclesie presul uenerandvs duos mansos loco Risach, comitatu autem Engilberti sitos manibus aduocatorum suorum Ottonis uidelicet comitis et Adalrammi conlaudantibus clericis, militibus, seruientibus suis supra altare sancti Cassiani et Ingenuini in manus Altwini Brixinensis episcopi uenerabilis suique aduocati Gvndachar nuncupati, areis, edificiis, agris, pratis, pascuis, aquis aquarvmque decursibus, exitibus et reditibus, quesitis et inquirendis omnibus pertinenciis superaddito infrascripto obsequio prefato episcopo Altwino suoue misso ante festum sancti Martini loco Intichingen annuatim exhibendo delegauit, eo tenore ut ab illa die et deinceps omnis contencio et inquisicio quam sepe dictus Brixinensis episcopus Altwinus super decimaciones ad ecclesiam sancti Candidi pertinentes aduersus prelibatum Frisigensem episcopum Ellenhardum habuit, in perpetuum diffinita et determinata esset et sit. Huius tradicionis utrobique facti sunt testes Megenhart comes, Ernost eomes, Gero comes, Tagino, Penno, Reginpreht et eius filius Adalbero, Perhtol (!), Wezil, Willihalm, Otto, Chuono, Ropreht, Pabo, Durinc, Woffo, Hainrih, Odalrih, Rigimar, Ato, Gotesah (!), item Tagino, Pubo, Mazili, Jacob, Cotebolt, Ratkis, de familia Haimo, Eppo, Perctolt, Hartwic, Eckirih, Paldemar. His ita per actis reuerendus Brixinensis episcopus Altwinus conlaudacione clericorum, militum seruienciumque suorum omnem contencionem et inquisicionem quam aduersus supra memoratum uenerabilem Frisigensem episcopum super decimaciones ad ecclesiam sancti Candidi pertinentes habuit, cum manu sui aduocati Gvndachar nomine in manus pretitulati Frisigensis episcopi Ellenhardi aduocatorumque eius Ottonis comitis et Adalrammi remisit et resignauit ea conuencione, quatenus nec ipse, nec aliquis successorum eius super easdem decimaciones amplius ullam contencionem moueret uel inquisionem (!) faceret. Et huius resignacionis testes sunt Ernost comes, Ger comes, Hainrih, Penno, Echirih, Tagini, Meginhart comes, Peritolt, Rupreht, Reginpreht, Adalbero, de familia Heimo, Perctolt, Paldemar. Supradicti autem obsequü quantitas hec est, modius i simile et i polente, ii modii dispensalis panis,1 ii porcine victimales et iiii ouine, porcellus i vel agnus i, anseres ii, galline vi, oua I, casei x, sagme ii uini, dimidiam karratam ceruisie, farraginis xii modios.||
