Sciant omnes Christi fideles, qualiter conuenit inter Heinricum Frisingensis ecclesie uenerabilem episcopum et fratrem eius Fridericum comitem de Pilstein quandam commutationem facere sicut et fecerunt. Tradidit enim et potestatiua manu delegauit prefatus antistes memorato comiti tres uillas uidelicet Tale et utrumque Rurese ea iustitia et pertinentiis quo ipse proprietario iure possidebat. Econtra Fridericus comes retradidit et legitime delegauit predium suum scilicet utrumque Suuarzhah cum omnibus eo pertinentibus in manum cuiusdam nobilis uiri Geroldi de Paingen eo pacto, quod ipse illud delegaret quocumque episcopus petisset. Huius rei testes sunt Leupaldus marchio, Otacher raarchio, Heinrich et Gebehart comites de Burchhusen, Chunradus comes de Pilstein, Ekkeperht comes de Putene, Friderih de Loutesdorf et filii eius Berhtolt et Otto, Rapoto de Chuleup, Otto de Burchstal, Meginhart Fusil1 et multi alii. Acta sunt hec in monte Medelicensi.
