Bischof Heinrich von Freising widmet zwei Güter zu Mampasberg und Ebersdorf, welche er von den Brüdern Gotschalk und Wikart gekauft hatte, dem s. Leonhardsaltare zu Freising.

Omnibus uiuentibus fixum sit in memoria, quod Heinricus Frisingensis episcopus comparauit duo predia, unum apud Meginboltesperge, aliud apud Eberesdorf in suburbio id est1 in pede montis a duobus fratribus uiris nobilibus Gotescalco et Wichardo. Tradiderunt enim illi prefata predia rogatu episcopi et delegauerunt in manurn cuiusdam nobilis de Uustrize eo pacto quod ipse delegaret quocunque episcopus petisset. Testes huius rei sunt Gerolt et frater eius Eberhart de Bochesrukke, Liutolt de Lasach et Dietrich et Ratherus et Wiulant et alii plures. Eandem traditionem prefatus Waltricus peticione episcopi delegauit in manus Geroldi de Paingen, ipse autem ad altare sancti Leonhardi Frisinge contradidit. Testes huius rei sunt comes Chunradus de Dachovve et filius eius Chunradus, Aribo de Prule etc.
