    Rvdolfus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus spectabili viro M. comiti Tyrolensi affini suo karissimo graciam suam et omne bonum. Cvm libertates et iura quibus hactenus ecclesia Frisingensis in suis prediis est gauisa, Friderico venerabili episcopo Frisingensi dilecto principi nostro velimus per omnia inuiolabiliter obseruari, (et) idem episcopus querelam deposuerit coram nobis, quod tu contra easdem libertates et contra formam ordinacionis inter nos et dicti episcopi predecesorem iam dudum Vienne celebratam per te et tuos officiales iudicium prouinciale in Lok in tuam post eandem ordinacionem traxeris potestatem, volumus et mandamus, quatenus secundum continenciam litterarum nostrarum et priuilegiorum super hoc conceptam omnia reuoces que per te et tuos contra memoratum prouinciale iudicium in Lok in predicti episcopi iuris preiudicium fuerit attemptatum, ipsum episcopum et homines et possessiones suas ibidem manutenendo et deffendendo contra quoslibet violentos et illicitos inuasores atque de eisdem inuasoribus eidem episcopo et suis querelantibus exhibendo iusticie complementum.
