Bischof Fridrich von Freising löst von Ritter Fridrich von Freundsberg den für die Bezüge des bischöfl. Truchsessenamtes ihm iiberlassenen Hof zu Amras bei Innsbruck und weist ihm jene Bezüge wieder zu.

    Nos Fridericus dei gracia Frisingensis episcopus notnm cupimus fieri tam presentibus quam futuris, quod resignatis domino Ch. venerabili predecessori nostro felicis recordacionis septem libris denariorum Monacensium quos Fridericus miles de Friuntsperch dilectus noster dapifer et ministerialis de theloneo Monacensi tenuerat loco prouentuum sui dapiferatus officii, idem predecessor noster redimens ab eodem Fr. pensionem vii librarum sibi curiam nostram sitam in villa que dicitur Homeras dyocesis Brixinensis, in recompensacionem pro xxx libris denariorum Monacensium ante annos aliquot obligarat. Veniens itaque ad nos prelibatus noster dapifer a iure quod ei in predicta curia competebat, cessit libere et absolute, renuncians omnibus instrumentis sev litteris sibi super obligacione sepedicta editis et conscriptis. Nos quoque restituimus seu reassignauimus eidem F. usus fructus sepedicti sui officii recipiendos annis singulis secundum consuetudinem a retroactis temporibus approbatam. In cuius rei testimonium presentem cedulam conscribi iussimus nostri et prefati F. sigillorum munimine roboratam. Huius rei testes sunt H. Mosburgensis, H. Isinensis, E. sancti Viti, magister H. Werdensis, magister Her. Ardacensis, C. Inticensis, O. Sliersensis ecclesiarum prepositi, C. et M. canonici Frisingenses, L. miles de Puetelpach, L. Vertingus et H. Vertingus ministeriales Frisingenses, C. miles de Heslang, VI. miles de Vellenberch et Al. frater eiusdem et alii quamplurimi fidedigni. Datum et actum Frisinge, anno domini millesimo CC. LXXXI., nonis Marcii.
