    Notum sit vniuersis ad quos presentes littere peruenerint, quod cum ex antiqua et hactenus diu obtenta et approbata consuetudine obseruatum exstiterit, si homines ecclesie Frisingensis in predio Lok matrimonium contraxerint cum hominibus comitis de Ortenburch uel e conuerso, liberi ex ipsis procreati inter ipsos et ecclesiam Frisingensem et dictos comites diuidi consueuerint, idcirco diuisione facta inter reuerendum in Christo patrem et dominum Emchonem Frisingensis ecclesie episcopum ex parte vna et dominum Fridericum comitem de Ortenburch ex parte altera super procreatis ex hominibus domini utriusque Chunigundis et Diemudis filie Haintzonis de Waldenberch, Jevta et Agnese, filie domine Agnese, item Leutoldus et Katherina pueri Leuczmanni, item Wilhelmus filius Chunczlini de Lok, item Adalheidis filia Jacobi fratris Leonhardi, item Bertoldus et filius sororis sue Wlvingus et Diemudis filia sororis eiusdem Bertoldi cesservnt titulo proprietatis domino Em. et ecclesie Frisingensi. In cuius rei testimonium presentes littere sunt sigillo domini Friderici comitis de Ortenburch sigillate. Acta sunt hec in villa Draesik, anno domini M. CC. LXXX. sexto, in vigilia beati Jacobi apostoli, in presencia dominorum comitum Hugonis canonici Maguntini, Gerhardi prepositi ecclesie sancti Andree Frisinge, Emchonis prepositi Werdensis, Wilhelmi de Lok plebani sancti Martini, Alberti dicti Proter magistri curie Frisingensis, domini Ger. de Stein, domini Vl. de Waldenbereh, Vl. dictis de Lueg (et) Marquardi fratris sui militum, Ernesti de Rittersperch, Germanni de Waldenberch et fidedignorum plurium aliorum.
