Johann [von Merlau], Abt von Fulda, überlässt mit Zustimmung des Dechants Karl und des Konvents Giso (Gyse) [von Haun], Propst von Petersberg [Gem. im Lkr. Fulda], Dechant Berthold (Berld) und dem Konvent von Petersberg für den Hof Nuschenstein in Bimbach [Gem. Großenlüder, Lkr. Fulda] einen Hof in Wissels [Ortsteil der Gem. Künzell, Lkr. Fulda], den Heinrich (Heincze) Huwe unterhat.
