A kapornaki konvent jelenti Palocz-i László comes országbírónak, hogy megkapta 1446 júl.15.-én kelt, teljes egészében közölt, vizsgálatot elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Pothy Mihály királyi emberrel Bálint rendi testvért küldte ki, akik júl.23.-án Vasvármegyében körüljárván mindent a jelentésnek megfelelően találtak. – Hátán pecsét nyomai.
