A jászói konvent előtt Keer-i László fia János a maga és Keer-i Péter fiai: László és Miklós nevében az Abauj megyei Thewysy prédiumának a Pere possessió felé fekvő felét a Barcza-i család név szerint felsorolt tagjainak 54 magyar arany forint örök áron eladja, vállalván a szavatosságot, de ha nem tudná a vevőket a birtokban megtartani, akkor ezek az eladó részét az Abauj megyei Keer possessióban elfoglalhatják.
