Miskolc város bizonyítja, hogy előtte a városban lakó Miskolci Péter - gyernmekei nevében is - városi fundusát átadta Miklós Kerestwr-i plébánosnak és Kowach Istvánnak, Mátyás király csapatai kapitányának, ezek viszont cserében adták érte Miskolci Péternek egy szintén miskolci városi fundusukat. - Szöveg alatt rány. p. helye. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
