I.Mátyás király Miskolc városnak. Tudatja címzettel, hogy a városban lakó Kowach István nemesnek, ”magistri rotarum peditum nostrorum”, valamint általa édestestvérének: Miklós miskolci presbiternek engedélyezte ”in serie macelli eiusdem oppidi nostri Myskolcz, penes macellum plebani de eadem” egy macellum vagy camara építését ”pro eorum usu causa macellationis” egyben megparancsolja, engedjék meg a macellum felépítését és annak használatát. - Szöveg alatt jobbról: Relatio Nicolai Banfy, comitis Posoniensis. - Szöveg alatt piros viaszú rány.p. nyomai. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
