A leleszi konvent előtt Barcza-i András fia János mester a maga, atyja és testvére: István s Geg-i Miklós fiai: Demeter és Mihály nevében eltiltja Bathor-i Gagy Lászlót és Andrást, Bathor-i Gergelyt s Wendegy-i Mihály fiát: Pált az Abaúj megyei Nadasd és tartozékai: Sedan, Skaros, Bogdan, Lengenfalva s Zeplak possessiók elidegenítésétől, mert e birtokoban ők is érdekelve vannak, eltiltja továbbá Zbugya-i Istvánt és Zerethva-i Ramocha Boldizsárt és mindenki mást azok megszerzésétől. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét helye. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) LELESZI KONVENT
