Az egri káptalan előtt Fodor János Myskolcz oppidum polgára, fiai: László és János, valamint rokonai nevében is, a Borsod megyei Chaba possessión egy házát és cúriáját, valamint a mellette fekvő malmot, amelyet Chaba-i András magtalan elhalálozása után adományozott neki a király, szükségtől kényszerítve, minden tartozékukkal egyetemben Myskolcz-i Kowach Istvánnak adja el 200 magyar arany forintért, az oklevélben részletezett feltételek szerint. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy) EGRI KÁPTALAN
